What to Do if Your Idem Clock QR Code Is Invalid or Expired?Updated a day ago
If you encounter an issue while setting up your Idem clock and receive a message stating that the QR code is invalid or expired, don't worry! There is a simple solution to resolve this problem. Follow these steps to generate a new QR code and complete your device's setup.
1. Go Back to the Previous Screen:
If the QR code isn't working, it may have expired or become invalid. The first step is to return to the previous screen on your clock. This will reset the process.
2. Go to the QR Code Page:
Once you're back on the previous screen, navigate to the page where the QR code is generated. This should allow your device to generate a new, valid QR code.
3. Scan the New QR Code:
Once the new QR code has been generated, scan it using the Idem application.This will allow you to continue the setup process as usual.
