At Idem, we understand that adapting to new products can take time, especially when it comes to your loved ones. That's why we offer a generous 60-day trial period for the Idem Clock.
We invite you to explore the Usage Advice and User Guides provided to help you introduce the clock to your loved one effectively and maximize its benefits.
If, within 60 days, you find that the Idem Clock is not the perfect fit, you can return it hassle-free. Our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction, so take your time to decide—there’s no rush!
To initiate a return:
Ensure your item meets our return conditions:
- In perfect resell condition
- Packaged in its original packaging
- Includes all original accessories
Contact our Customer Care Team to request return approval.
Shipping Costs:
After we authorize your return, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the item back to us.Inspection and Reimbursement:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll process your reimbursement promptly charging a 5% restocking fee.
Important:
If your item doesn’t meet our return conditions, we may not be able to process an exchange or refund. In that case, you can choose to have the item returned to you at your expense or have it donated to a non-profit organization.
