If your clock won't charge, won't turn on, or has a black screen, don't worry—the clock itself is rarely the problem. Follow these troubleshooting steps to get it working again.

Step 1: Check Your Charging Equipment

The issue is usually related to the charging accessories rather than the clock itself. Try the following:

  • Use a different charging cable – The cable may be damaged or worn out
  • Use a different power adapter (charging block) – The adapter may not be providing sufficient power
  • Try a different electrical outlet – The outlet may be faulty or not providing power

Step 2: Wait 24 Hours

After connecting your clock with new charging equipment, allow it to charge for up to 24 hours. If the battery was completely depleted, it may need extended time to accumulate enough charge to power on.

Step 3: Restart Your Clock

After the 24-hour charging period, attempt to restart your clock:

  • Press and hold the power button (if applicable)
  • Follow the restart instructions specific to your clock model
  • Check if the screen displays any signs of life
