How Your Subscriptions WorkUpdated 2 months ago

Everything Happens on the Same Day

When you sign up for your first subscription with us, that becomes your billing day. Think of it like a calendar reminder -  all your subscription payments will happen on that same date every month (or every year).

Here's an example: Let's say you signed up for your first subscription on March 5th. From now on, March 5th is your billing day! If you add more subscriptions later, they'll all charge you on the 5th of each month too, not on the day you added them.

Monthly or Yearly - Pick One for Everything

All your subscriptions need to be the same type. You can either:

  • Pay monthly for all of them, OR
  • Pay yearly for all of them

You can't mix and match. It's like choosing between getting an allowance every week or once a month - you have to pick one way for everything.

What Happens When You Add a New Subscription?

When you add a new subscription in the middle of your billing period, you pay a smaller amount right away. This is called a "pro-rated" charge.

Here's how it works: Imagine your billing day is the 1st of every month, but you add a new subscription on the 15th. You've already used up half the month! So instead of paying for the whole month, you only pay for the remaining days until your next billing day (about 15 days in this case). Then starting next month, you'll pay the full amount along with all your other subscriptions.

Think of it like this: If you join a lunch program halfway through the month, you wouldn't pay for the whole month - you'd only pay for the lunches you're actually going to get!
