Resetting the Idem Clock restores factory settings. This is useful when transferring the clock to a new user. However, resetting will erase all data.

When to Reset

• If the clock is being set up for someone else.
• If you no longer need the clock.

⚠ Do not reset to fix technical issues. Instead:

• Check your Wi-Fi connection.
• Contact technical support for assistance.

How to Reset the Idem Clock

1. Open the Idem Companion App.
2. Tap Settings under the clock’s name.
3. Scroll down and select About.
4. Tap Reset Clock.

That’s it! The clock will now return to its original settings.
