The Clock Identifier is a unique set of letters that starts with a "C" and is used for troubleshooting and support. This guide will walk you through the steps to locate it directly on your clock, in the Idem app, or on the product packaging.

Finding the Clock Identifier on the Clock

1. On the right side of your clock, swipe left to open the menu.
2. Scroll down to the OTHER section.
3. Tap Version Information.
4. Look for the Clock Identifier—it’s a set of letters beginning with “C.”

Finding the Clock Identifier in the Idem App

If you prefer to find the identifier using the Idem app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Idem app.
2. Locate your clock’s name and tap on it.
3. Select Settings.
4. Go to the About section.
5. The Clock Identifier will be listed there.

Alternative: Finding the Serial Number on the Box

If you don’t have access to the clock yet, you can find the Serial Number on the product box. This number can help our support team assist you if needed.
