No. The pill dispenser only works if paired with an Idem smart clock. You must have an Idem smart clock to use this product.
Can multiple users manage the pill dispenser?
Yes, an unlimited number of users can manage the medication schedule via the mobile app and receive notifications.
Does the pill dispenser need to be connected to the Internet?
No, the pill dispenser itself does not need to be connected to the Internet. It connects to the Idem Smart Clock via Bluetooth. The clock must be connected to the Internet.
How long does the pill dispenser battery last?
The AA batteries can remain charged for several weeks, depending on how the pill dispenser is used. You can enable status notifications to be notified if the battery is low (25%). We recommend keeping the pill dispenser connected to an electrical out
How do I clean the pill dispenser?
The outer diameter can be wiped clean with a damp, not wet cloth. Do NOT charge the unit at the same time. Using chemicals or solvents to clean the unit is NOT recommended and may void warranty.
Is it easy to take the pills using the pill dispenser?

Can I connect multiple pill dispenser to a clock?
No. Unfortunately, at the moment, only one pill dispenser can be connected to an Idem clock. It is not possible to connect multiple pill dispensers to one clock.
