I don’t have an Idem clock. Can I use the pill dispenser?

No. The pill dispenser only works if paired with an Idem smart clock. You must have an Idem smart clock to use this product.

Can multiple users manage the pill dispenser?

Yes, an unlimited number of users can manage the medication schedule via the mobile app and receive notifications.

Does the pill dispenser need to be connected to the Internet?

No, the pill dispenser itself does not need to be connected to the Internet. It connects to the Idem Smart Clock via Bluetooth. The clock must be connected to the Internet.

How long does the pill dispenser battery last?

How do I clean the pill dispenser?
