The Idem Smart Clock app includes a helpful visual feature that allows caregivers to track whether reminders have been acknowledged by the clock user. In the past reminders section of the app, you’ll notice red and green dots next to each entry. These indicators provide quick insight into the recipient’s level of interaction:

• Green dot: This means the recipient has acknowledged the reminder by tapping "Understood" directly on the clock screen.

• Red dot: This indicates that the recipient did not interact with the reminder before it expired.

This color-coded system is designed to support caregivers by showing which reminders were seen and confirmed, and which were missed. It provides a simple but effective way to monitor engagement and determine if any follow-up action might be needed.
