Set up your Idem Connected Pill Dispenser to help your loved one take the right medication at the right time.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Prepare the Pill Dispenser:

   • Unlock the battery compartment and insert the 4 AA batteries.
   • Unlock the pill dispenser and place the frequency ring that corresponds to the frequency your loved one takes medication.
   • Fill the pill tray with medication, leaving the red space empty.

2. Download the Idem Companion App:

   • Available for both Android and iOS devices.
   • Search for "Idem Companion App" in your device's app store and install it.
     

3. Create an Account:

   • Open the app and select "Create my account"
   • Enter your e-mail and click "Create my account"
   • You'll receive a code by e-mail (check you Spam folder)
   • Enter that code to finish the process of opening your account on the Idem Companion App

4. Pair an Idem Smart Clock with your Account:

   • In the mobile app, at the bottom of the Home page, tap Add a pill dispenser.
   • Follow the configuration steps in the mobile app.
   • Lock the pill dispenser using the key.

5. Set up the Medication Schedule:

   • In the mobile app, tap the pill icon Medication schedule.
   • Press Add a medication time.
   • Enter the information for this medication time, then save.
   • Add a medication time for each time a medication is to be taken (max 9).
