Notes allow you to share important information that remains visible on your loved one’s clock. Here’s how to send one.

Steps to Send a Note

1. Open the Idem Companion App and go to Communications under the clock’s name.
2. Tap the “+” button and select Note.
3. Write the note’s content (e.g., an important reminder or frequently asked information).
4. (Optional) Add a signature for identification.
5. Set the recurrence (one-time, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom).
6. Choose when the note should appear (immediately or schedule it).
7. Set the end time for when the note should disappear.
8. Tap Save, and the note will be displayed at the selected time.
