1. Allow the Idem app to send notifications to your phone
Open your phone’s settings and look for App Permissions. Search for Idem, then make sure notifications are allowed.

2. Choose which notifications you want to receive in the Idem app
Open the Idem mobile app, go to the "Account" section (accessible from the left-side menu), and turn on the types of notifications you wish to receive.

3. Enable notifications when creating a message or reminder
When you create a message or program a reminder, make sure to enable the notification option for that specific communication.
